Internships: instructions for use

Since September 2017, agreements are to be completed via the P-Stage application.

  •  Creation of the agreement at least 15 days before the start of the internship or non-validated internship.
  • Validation of the agreement on P-Stage :
       After creation, (step 8 "summary")two validation steps that should not be confused:
       1. Intermediate validation: if your agreement complies, your manager authorizes printing within 48 hours (excluding weekends and vacations).
       Note: to check intermediate validation and print, open the "Actions" tab, then go to the "Validation" or "Print" tab..

       2. Final validation: closure of your file by your manager    
 
  • Please note: the 3 copies of the agreement, completed and signed by the student, the teacher, the internship tutor and the director of the internship establishment, must be returned at least one week (not including weekends or vacations) before the start of the internship in order to be signed by the Faculty Director. Agreements handed in on D-1 or on Friday for Monday will automatically be rejected.
  • No internship can begin without an agreement signed by all parties. 
  • No agreement can be signed for an internship that has already begun. 
Agreements must be returned to your school administrator in 3 original copies, together with a certificate of civil liability.
 

Doing an internship abroad

Regardless of the length of your stay or your nationality, you must vt is compulsory to register on the Ariane in order to be contacted by MAEDI in the event of a crisis, and attach a screenshot of your registration to your internship agreement.


Like internships in France, internships abroad are governed by the following regulations an internship agreement

Only courses taking place in the "with normal vigilance"or "with heightened vigilance"are authorized subject to :
 
  • Keep yourself regularly and systematically informed of the MEAE's instructions and respect these instructions.
  • Do not, under any circumstances, go into areas that are not recommended or formally inadvisable.
