The Faculty

The Faculty

Located on the Grenoble and Valence sites, our Faculty has always been an open and diverse institution, a diversity that is expressed in the approaches to economics that are taught and the courses that are offered. It will enable you to build a solid, personalized career path in line with your career plans, with courses in economics, management, statistics, law and languages. Our courses are available as initial training, continuing education, sandwich courses and/or distance learning.

At undergraduate level, the Faculty offers general bachelor's degrees (economics and management, MIASHS), double degree bachelor's degrees (economics and law, economics and languages) and professional bachelor's degrees (human resources management, sustainable management of water and natural resources, forestry management), sometimes in partnership with other departments. In the bachelor's program, our faculty offers support and assistance to help students succeed in their first year (tutoring, mentor teachers), and places great emphasis on tutorials and practical work, to encourage follow-up and interactivity. After your bachelor's degree, you can enter one of our 7 master's programs (with 9 courses at M2 level), which will train you for careers in human resources, economic engineering, sports management, tourism, international institutions or local government. Our faculty has strong links with a number of economic and social players, so you'll also benefit from the experience of our professional lecturers. If you're looking for a career in research, you'll benefit from the expertise of researchers at two renowned laboratories specializing in the economics of innovation, energy, consumption, labor and institutions, the GAEL and the CREG. You can spend a year studying abroad at one of our many partner universities. If you're unable to attend a face-to-face course, our entire range of courses is available as distance learning or continuing education, in French and English. Our faculty has extensive experience in this field, recognized both nationally and internationally.

To support you in your training and your projects, you can count on the skills and availability of 72 teaching and research staff and 40 administrative staff.

Welcome to Grenoble's Faculty of Economics, where you can develop your skills to the full.
