In accordance with legal provisions, the IES offers five types of training:

• Economic, social, environmental, and union training (FESES) 

• Economic training for elected representatives on the Social and Economic Committee (CSE)

• Health, safety, and working conditions training for elected representatives on the Social and Economic Committee (CSE)

• Training of labor court judges (CPH)

• On-demand training

On-demand training

In addition to the training provided by the Labor Institute, IES teachers organize on-demand training sessions in the field of employment, labor, and social relations.

Training courses are organized at the request of companies or various organizations (works councils, unions, etc.) according to specific needs.

To discuss the feasibility of the project and how to develop it, please contact the IES.
