1 - Collection of diploma on site

Documents to be provided : Present your valid national identity card or passport. Bring a folder to carry your diploma.

Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. (except Wednesday afternoons)

2 - Withdrawal by proxy

You can have your diploma collected by a third party (proxy) after notifying the power of attorney to eco-diplomes@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr

• Documents to be provided:

- letter of authorization dated and signed, mentioning the identity of the agent
- photocopy of your national identity card or passport
- photocopy of national identity card or passport of the agent
- a pouch for carrying the diploma

• Withdrawal by mail

Documents to be provided :
- completed and signed diploma withdrawal request (document to download) - photocopy of your national identity card or passport
- a reinforced A4 envelope (for sending your diploma)
- a registered mail form with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to you (recipient) and to the Faculty of Economics (sender)
For shipments outside the EU : provide the address of the French Embassy or Consulate closest to your home.
