The apprenticeship contract is an employment contract between an employer and an employee. Its purpose is to enable a young person to follow a general, theoretical and practical training course, with a view to acquiring a State diploma or a vocational qualification registered in the National Vocational Certification Register (RNCP), including all the vocational qualifications covered by the Ministry of Employment.

Several of the Faculty of Economics' professional courses are available on a sandwich course basis, with the signing of an apprenticeship contract:
