Step 1: Pay the Student Life and Campus Contribution (CVEC)

You have downloaded the CVEC certificate from the cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr website and confirmed your enrolment atUniversité Grenoble Alpes (on the Parcoursup or e-Candidat applications).

You can then re-register online on the dedicated application: https: //iareins-uga.grenet.fr/iareins-uga, from :

1st period:

- Licence 0 and 1: July 4 to 18
- Licences 2 and 3: July 2 to 18
- Professional degrees: July 2 to 18
- Master 1: July 1 to 18
- Master 2: July 2 to 18

2nd period:

- Licence 0 and 1: August 20 to September 12
- Licences 2 and 3: August 20 to September 30
- Professional licenses: August 20 to September 30
- Master 1: August 20 to September 15
- Master 2: August 20 to September 30

Step 3: Finalizing your re-registration

Within 72 hours of your re-registration, your UGA identifiers will be functional again.
Supporting documents must be submitted on the platform: https: //pjweb-uga.grenet.fr/pjweb-uga

Specific framework:
- M1: Web AIs open from August 20 to September 15 for students admitted during the complementary phase.
