Procedures and selections

PLEASE NOTE THAT LANGUAGE TESTS ARE COMPULSORY FOR ALL TYPES OF MOBILITY (2025/2026 CAMPAIGN).
Please note the following information from the DGDDIT.
  • Language tests :
- All students are now required to take a language test for all types of application (UGA AND/OR Erasmus + applications).
- If the partner university does not require a particular test: this assessment can simply be a SELF test offered by the language department.
  • For UGA destinations :
- For compulsory tests: IELTS and TOEFL only: proof of registration for the language test must be uploaded in the application form. Beware of @home versions, which are increasingly rejected by partners now that countries and borders are no longer paralyzed by the pandemic. These versions will therefore be rejected.

- For other tests (e.g. Cles B2, for which the assessment dates are scheduled after the selection commission), test registration must be received by December 10 and results sent by February 15 at the latest (with the last session taking place on January 19).

For non-European applicants, only previous results will be examined.

Candidate selection

  • Compile an application file by the set deadlines: online applications on the MoveOn4 platform (dates valid for Erasmus + and/or non-European mobility)

Application forms available on the MoveOn4 platform: from October 15 to November 14, 12:00.
Please note: you must complete the online procedure before November 14 and submit your paper application to the International Relations Office of the Faculty of Economics (application form + downloaded documents) by Thursday November 14 at 11:30 a.m. (complete application for eligible candidates).

You can also send your application by post to the following address:
Université Grenoble Alpes
Grenoble Faculty of Economics
Service des Relations Internationales

Find all the information you need about mobility on the Moodle platform - Heading SAY0EC167 - INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS FACULTE d'ECONOMIE de GRENOBLE.

Erasmus + and non-European applications can be submitted on the same form.

Applications from outside Europe have priority over Erasmus+ applications. If you are selected to participate in an exchange program outside Europe, your Erasmus+ application will be automatically cancelled.

Incomplete applications will not be considered. You must be registered at UGA the year you submit your application.

Applications will be examined by a selection committee, who will invite students for individual interviews.

Your schooling abroad

Before you leave on your mobility program, once you've received the results of your year of study, you'll need to have your learning agreement validated by your faculty's mobility coordinator. This document, signed by you and your academic supervisor, must then be validated by the academic supervisor of the host university. It is an official document, binding on all three signatories. You will also be required to sign a mobility contract and the Erasmus+ charter.

At the end of the academic year, your transcript is issued by the foreign host university and forwarded to the International Relations Department of the Faculty of Economics. All your grades are transposed into the French grading system, in accordance with your course regulations.

If you pass, you will be awarded the Grenoble diploma for the year you have completed (Bachelor's or Master's degree), but not the foreign university's diploma.
